Northern Italy Wines
Pinot Grigio IGP Sant’Elisa: A clean fresh wine of bright straw colour with coppery hues. Its complex aroma varies from floral notes of rose and acacia blossom, scents of apricot and citrus fruit, and hints of walnuts and spices.
Soave DOC Terre Lunghe: Fruity notes of pear, medlar with hints of acacia honey and light spices. Fresh and harmonious with good persistence and minerality
Gavi di Gavi DOCG: Persistent notes of white flowers, lily, almond and grapefruit. On the palate Monchiero Gavi di Gavi is elegant and smooth, with fresh and balanced components and a pleasant acidity
Teroldego Rotaliano Doc: Deep ruby red, fruity with a scent of mulberry and raspberry, full bodied and persistent with smooth tannins and a pleasant freshness.
Valpolicella Ripasso la Cengia: An outstanding vintage! Intense aromas on the nose. Lots of black cherry flavour, not too raisin like, just balanced and elegant. Savoury, with refreshing bite; and a long satisfying finish. Serve at 18C.
