The fermentation is under controlled temperature. Thereafter the wine rests on noble lees until ready for the bottling process.
Matteo Braidot
The Braidot family has dedicated itself to farming in the Fruili wine region of Italy since 1870! Friuli is in the Northeast portion of the country and is known for producing wines of serious quality for the price.
Today the estate covers an area of approximately 247 acres, 4/5 of which are vineyards, while the remaining land is kept as woodland and for vegetable crops.
The wines are made from a careful selection of grapes, with the typical haromas of the lands of Friuli, plain and raffinate wines and elegant at the same time, with respect for traditions.
